November 1981

Applicator Sales and Service enters into a Licensing Agreement to produce CertainTeed Solid Vinyl Windows.

June 1997

Applicators Sales & Services adopts the ”Paradigm” name for the window factory and ships to it first non-captive distributor.

June 2000

A ground breaking ceremony is held at the 400 Riverside Industrial Parkway site for the new Paradigm Windows manufacturing facility.

January 2001

Following months of construction and planning the window factory commences production of the all-new window product line and “Paradigm Window Solutions for Life” is born.

February 2003

The Premium Sliding Patio Door is added to the product line.

January 2004

Paradigm introduces its revolutionary new Exterior Casings to its New Construction product line. The offering includes Brick Mould and 3 ½” Flat Casing

August 2005

R-5 Triple Glazed Double Hung Window are introduced to the market.

February 2006

Paradigm begins production of their Impact Window Line; successfully achieving “HVHZ” rating for their newly designed products. 

September 2007

First expansion of the window factory moves Shipping and Logistic to Reid Street allowing an manufacturing space and capacity.

February 2008

Painted Windows are introduced with the availability of 24 standard colors.

March 2009

Paradigm Window Solutions is acquired and enters into a partnership with White Oak Partners of Columbus, Ohio.

October 2010  

The Patio Door and Bay & Bow Divisions are relocated to 56 Milliken Street to allow for increased production space and capacity in the main facility.

January 2011

The Model 145 New Construction and Replacement window line is introduced.

January 2013

Paradigm Windows adopts “Design Flow Technology” manufacturing concepts to the Facility.

February 2013

The Patio Door division introduces Blinds Between Glass on 6/0 x 6/8 doors.

March 2014

Production ceases at the 400 Riverside Industrial Parkway facility. Paradigm moves operations into the new larger home of Paradigm Window Solutions at 56 Milliken Street.

April 2014

The all new 500 Series New Construction and 5000 Series Replacement Window is launched, introducing a value priced window product to its offering.

October 2015

Three new paint process interior wood grain finishes, Maple, Dark Oak and Mahogany were added to the 8300 series.

January 2016

ENERGY STAR 6.0 compliant insulating glass system is offered on all Paradigm series of windows.

January 2016

CapitalWorks, a Cleveland, Ohio company purchases Paradigm Window Solutions.
