Moving Forward Together: A Message from Our CEO

At Paradigm Windows, we are working to actively navigate the rapidly evolving COVID-19 emergency. Distributors, dealers and customers are all part of the Paradigm family and the success and safety of our family is always our first priority. We are proud to be “Made in Maine” and want all of our extended family in the Northeast to know our plan.

Our team has already adjusted business priorities to provide our customers with the nimble service required during times like these. In an effort to continue operations in the safest possible manner, we have implemented all of the CDC’s recommendations, closed the office to on-site meetings and all non-essential team members are working remotely.

Please know that we recognize the importance of our role and responsibility with your window needs. Our team is working hard to stay safe and healthy, while doing everything we can to ensure expectations are met and our standard, exceptional service level can be provided.
